Any firearms with a capacity exceeding 10 rounds can still be purchased by Maryland residents in our online gun shop, provided they are listed on the MDSP Approved Roster (accessible via the MDSP web portal). However, these purchases will not include any magazines. Instead, 10 round or lower substitute magazines are available as an add-on option.
